PLC技术支持下的机电一体化设备智能控制研究

设计一种基于PLC的定型机温度控制系统,使用MATLAB实现模糊控制,对传统的PID控制进行优化。通过对比模糊控制PID和传统PID的性能,发现模糊控制下的PID具有更强的鲁棒性,调节时间更短,而且超调仅为0。1%,与传统PID控制13%的超调相比拥有非常明显的优势;引入干扰后继续模拟,模糊控制下的PID可以更快、更平滑地完成对温度的调节,具有更高的稳定型和鲁棒性,能够较有效满足织物生产的控制需求。
Research on Intelligent Control of Mechatronics Equipment with PLC Technical Support
A PLC-based temperature control system for sizing machine is designed,using MATLAB to implement fuzzy control and optimise the traditional PID control.By comparing the performance of fuzzy control PID and traditional PID,the PID under fuzzy control has stronger robustness,shorter regulation time,and the overshoot is only 0.1%,which has a very obvious advantage compared with the 13%overshoot of traditional PID control;after the introduction of interference to continue the simulation,the PID under fuzzy control can complete the regulation of the temperature faster and smoother,and it has a higher stable type and robustness.Robustness and can more effectively meet the control needs of fabric production.
