煤炭的开采逐渐朝着智能化、自动化的方向发展,综采设备随着综采技术需要不断地进行创新.液压支架作为综采设备的关键装置,其承担着支护的重要作用.液压支架在井下应用过程中需要大量的人力物力进行操作和移动.通过对液压支架实际过程开展研究,设计了液压支架控制装置,实现了单台、整组液压支架的手动和自动控制.在山西焦煤某煤矿一号综采工作面开展功能性测试,完成了各项测试任务,提高了液压支架的工作效率,增加了煤炭开采的安全性.
Design and Application of Control System of Coal Mine Hydraulic Bracket
Coal mining is gradually developing in the direction of intelligence and automation,and the comprehensive mining equipment needs to be constantly innovated along with the comprehensive mining technology.As the key device of comprehensive mining equipment,hydraulic support plays an important role in supporting.Hydraulic support requires a lot of human and material resources to operate and move in the process of underground application.Through the study of the actual process of hydraulic support,the hydraulic support control device is designed,which realizes the manual and automatic control of single and whole group of hydraulic support.Functional testing was carried out in the No.1 synthesized mining face of a coal mine in Shanxi Coking Coal,and various testing tasks were accomplished,which improved the working efficiency of the hydraulic support and increased the safety of coal mining.
