基于综采工作面液压支架护帮板在支护过程中由于监测技术水平差、监测不到为到位护帮板碰撞变形严重、支护不到位、支护效果差等技术难题,韩家洼煤矿通过技术研究,对22403工作面ZF13000/25/38型放顶煤液压支架护帮板设计了 一套护帮板收放监测系统,分析了监测系统结构、工作原理及功能,并通过实际应用效果来看,该系统投入使用后护帮板碰撞事故率降低至4%,护帮板维修费用减少了 47。5万元/a,取得了显著应用效果。
