摘要
为进一步探究煤矿刮板输送机设备的运行优化路径,以某煤矿刮板输送机运行过程中存在的主要问题为基础,确定变频器在煤矿刮板输送机改造应用的主要技术方案,并对该方案下的PLC系统、变频器控制和功率平衡等功能进行多方面的探究,以此完成优化改造工作.从实际应用效果来看,本次变频器在煤矿刮板运输机设备中的优化改造取得了初步成功,实现了节能与降低故障发生概率的目标,具有一定的现实意义.
Abstract
In order to further explore the optimization path of the operation of coal mine scraper conveyor equipment,this study is based on the main problems that exist during the operation of a coal mine scraper conveyor.The main technical scheme for the application of frequency converters in the transformation of coal mine scraper conveyors is determined,and the PLC system,frequency converter control,and power balance functions under this scheme are explored from multiple aspects to complete the optimization and transformation work.From the practical application effect,the optimization and transformation of the frequency converter in the coal mine scraper conveyor equipment has achieved preliminary success,achieving the goals of energy conservation and reducing the probability of failure,which has certain practical significance.
