带式输送机智能控制系统的设计与实践研究

为进一步探究带式输送机的智能控制方法,以PLC为基础,应用模块化理念,对带式输送机智能控制系统的整体架构进行了初步设计,并在此基础上对该系统的各个功能模块和运行逻辑等内容进行了多角度的详细设计工作,最后对该系统的应用效果进行测试。测试结果显示,该系统在智能控制方面取得了一定的成绩,表明其具有一定的应用价值。
Design and Practice Research of Intelligent Control System for a Belt Conveyor
In order to further explore the intelligent control method of belt conveyor,this paper based on PLC,the application of modular concept,the overall structure of the intelligent control system of belt conveyor was initially designed,and on this basis,the various functional modules and operation logic of the system were designed in detail from multiple angles,and finally the application effect of the system was tested.The test results show that the system has made some achievements in intelligent control,indicating that it has certain application value.
