Application of Frequency Converter in Intelligent Control System of Mining Belt Conveyor
Aiming at the traditional coal mine belt conveyor can not adjust the running speed according to the coal flow in real time,even if no-load full-speed operation caused by the waste of energy,combined with the PLC and frequency converter control technology,design and development of a frequency control system,an effective solution to the problem of waste of energy belt conveyor.The field test shows that the belt conveyor uses this control system to reduce the power consumption by 17.5％compared with the constant speed operation,which realizes the goal of energy saving and economic operation of the belt conveyor in the mine.
