液压支架支护位姿自主控制系统及自主控制效果验证

为提升液压支架的智能化水平,实现综采面的有效可靠支护,结合支架控制系统功能需求,设计液压支架支护位姿自主控制系统,并安装远程监控中心,实现3DVR数字化监控。对比验证该系统应用效果:从模拟到现实工况,液压支架支护位姿自主控制的有效率约90。5%,满足液压支架智能支护需求;现场试验表明,该系统能够自适应煤层顶板变化,提升其智能化水平,验证了其可靠性、有效性。
Autonomous Control System of Hydraulic Bracket Supporting Position and Validation of Autonomous Control Effect
In order to improve the intelligent level of hydraulic support and realize the effective and reliable support of the comprehensive mining face,combined with the functional requirements of the support control system,we designed the independent control system of hydraulic support posture and installed the remote monitoring center to realize the 3DVR digital monitoring;we compared and verified the application effect of the system:from the simulation to the real working condition,the efficiency of the independent control of hydraulic support posture was about 90.5%,which meets the demand of intelligent support of hydraulic support;and the on-site test showed that the system was effective in the support of hydraulic support posture.The field test shows that the system can adapt itself to the changes of the coal seam roof plate and improve its intelligent level,which verifies its reliability and effectiveness.
