Design of Energy-Saving Control System for a Belt Conveyor
In the application of mining belt conveyor,some coal mines lack energy-saving improvement of transport operations,with the help of traditional constant speed control,there is a problem of excessive consumption of electrical energy in light-load high-speed operation,which needs to be done well to save energy.For this reason,based on the understanding of the belt conveyor and the commonly used energy-saving methods,it is decided to apply the frequency conversion energy-saving technology for transformation.Secondly,with reference to the relationship between the load capacity,belt speed and power loss of the conveyor,the energy-saving control system is proposed from the aspects of control system design objectives,hardware structure design and software system functions,and after reasonable application of coal automatic identification technology and fuzzy control algorithm.Finally,after the application of energy-saving control system,the energy-saving control of belt conveyor can be realised.
