皮带机智能动态纠偏系统设计及应用分析

针对皮带机所用的传统接触式跑偏开关存在无法精准检测皮带跑偏量及跑偏位移,无法进行皮带机皮带跑偏的自动纠偏等问题,设计了一种皮带机主动纠偏装置与主动纠偏监控系统,并进行了应用测试。结果表明:应用该皮带机智能动态纠偏系统后,皮带机可根据皮带跑偏量,进行自动纠偏,更好地保障了皮带机的安全稳定连续运行,达到了较好的应用效果。
Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Dynamic Deskew Correction System for Belt Machines
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional contact type deflection switch used in belt conveyor,such as the inability to accurately detect the belt deflection amount and the deflection displacement,and the inability to automatically correct the belt deflection of belt conveyor,a belt conveyor active deflection correction device and active deflection correction monitoring system was designed,and carried out application tests.Based on the common causes of belt deflection and deflection correction scheme,a belt machine active deflection correction device and active deflection correction monitoring system are designed and tested,and the test results show that:after the application of the intelligent dynamic deflection correction system of the belt machine,the belt machine can be automatically corrected according to the amount of belt deflection,and the safe,stable and continuous operation of the belt machine can be better guaranteed,which achieves a better application effect,and the study can provide a reference for the dynamic deflection correction of the belt machine in the similar working conditions.
