基于无线传感器网络开发的液压支架电液控制系统设计

为提高液压支架控制系统的稳定性和可靠性,提出在液压支架电液控制系统中引入无线传感器,对该控制系统整体架构、系统软硬件、网络通信、监控平台以及天线进行设计选型,并经综合调试发现,压力、位移及倾角误差范围均小于规定值,且无线传感器的传输数据与有线一致,表明无线传感器网络的传输误差小、抗干扰能力和稳定性好,并能够满足实际生产需要。
Design of Electro-Hydraulic Control System of Hydraulic Support Based on Wireless Sensor Network Development
In order to improve the stability and reliability of the hydraulic bracket control system,it is proposed to introduce wireless sensors into the electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic bracket,and the overall structure of the control system,system hardware and software,network communication,monitoring platform and antenna design and selection,and after comprehensive debugging,it is found that the error range of the pressure,displacement and inclination angle is less than the specified value,and the data transmitted by the wireless sensors is consistent with that of the wired ones,which indicates that the wireless sensor network has small transmission error,anti-invasive and anti-disturbance.The transmission error of wireless sensor network is small,good anti-interference ability and stability,and can meet the actual production needs.
