智能化立体车库控制系统的设计及调试研究

为有效解决停车难的问题,提升城市空间的利用率.以四层六列升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,设计基于PLC、触摸屏及上位机控制的智能化立体车库,该车库以PLC为核心技术,且通信网络主站系统以S7-1200系列PLC的CPU315,利用触摸屏实现人机交互界面对车库运行状态进行控制.最后,经PLC程序和HMI操作系统仿真,能够实时显示车库的状态及运行情况,系统运行稳定可靠.
Design and Debugging Research of Intelligent Stereo Garage Control System
In order to effectively solve the problem of parking difficulties and improve the utilisation of urban space.To four-layer six-lane lift traverse stereo garage as the object of study,the design of intelligent stereo garage based on PLC,touch screen and host computer control,the garage to PLC as the core technology,and the communication network master system to the S7-1200 series of PLC's CPU315,the use of touch screen to achieve the human-machine interface to the control of the garage operating state.Finally,the PLC programme and HMI operating system simulation,can real-time display of the status and operation of the garage,the system runs stably and reliably.
