摘要
基于磨损是循环流化床锅炉普遍存在的现象,根据某电厂循环流化床锅炉检修期检查各主要受热面的膨胀磨损现场实际情况,对其原因进行分析并介绍预防处理措施,减少锅炉设备的爆泄次数,消除安全隐患,并提出空预器利用艾草烟查漏的方法,使锅炉能够长周期安全运行.
Abstract
Based on the fact that wear is a common phenomenon of circulating fluidized bed boiler,this paper examines the actual situation of expansion wear of main heating surfaces during the maintenance period of circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant.The causes are analyzed and preventive measures are introduced to reduce the frequency of explosion and leakage of boiler equipment and eliminate potential safety hazards,and the method of using wormwood smoke to detect leakage in air preheater is put forward.To achieve long-term safe and economic operation of the boiler.
