摘要
剖析了 WK电铲上推压轴制造工艺要点,通过从原材料化学成分、锻造工艺、热处理工艺、机加工工艺、检验各方面进行研究,证明工艺合格,充分满足生产制造要求.为了保证WK系列挖掘机的整机性能,特别是提高主要零部件的疲劳寿命,除在设计上采取了必要的措施外,总结了制作过程中重点控制的细节,为保证整机平稳运行奠定基础,在制造工艺上也实施了成熟、有效的办法.
Abstract
The key points of the manufacturing process of the push-pressure shaft on WK electric shovel are analyzed,and the process is proved to be qualified and fully meet the manufacturing requirements through the research on the chemical composition of raw materials,forging process,heat treatment process,machining process and inspection.In order to ensure the overall performance of the WK series excavator,especially to improve the fatigue life of the main components,in addition to the necessary measures taken in the design,summed up the details of the production process focused on controlling the machine to ensure the smooth operation of the whole machine to lay the foundation for the manufacturing process has also implemented a mature and effective approach.
