Mud Pump Failure and Maintenance Measures for Petrochemical Drilling Equipment
This paper explained the importance of daily maintenance of petrochemical drilling equipment mud pump,based on the analysis of its common impeller and mouth ring failure,balancing device failure,connecting rod and cross head failure,gear damage failure,mechanical seal failure,lubrication system failure and other common failures,and from a variety of perspectives put forward specific recommendations for targeted measures,but also from the start of the pump before the process of operation and after the pump stops the three main links discuss the mud pump daily maintenance and maintenance strategy,hoping to effectively protect the drilling equipment,and to ensure the maintenance of the mud pump,and the maintenance of the mud pump.Also from the pump before starting,during operation and after stopping the pump three main links discussed the mud pump routine maintenance and maintenance strategy,expect to be able to effectively protect the smooth implementation of drilling work.
