采煤机与刮板输送机联动控制研究

采面瓦斯涌出量与采面推进速度密切相关,为降低瓦斯给煤炭回采影响并实现采面煤炭不间断开采、提高采煤机与刮板输送机联动控制效果,基于采面瓦斯浓度构建采煤机与刮板输送机联动控制系统,通过理论分析对采煤机、刮板输送机对采煤机瓦斯涌出影响进行分析并构建采煤机、刮板输送机与瓦斯联动控制方案;随后基于瓦斯涌出控制为核心构建采煤机与刮板输送机联动控制方案,具体结合瓦斯浓度变化情况调整采煤机与刮板输送机运行,同时依据刮板输送机负载调节采煤机牵引速度.在3705综采工作面工程应用后,构建的联动控制系统运行平稳,可实现采煤煤炭连续开采,避免采面瓦斯超限.
Research on Linkage Control of Coal Mining Machine and Scraper Conveyor
The amount of gas gushing out of the mining face is closely related to the advancement speed of the mining face,in order to reduce the impact of gas on coal mining and realise the uninterrupted mining of coal on the mining face,and to improve the effect of linkage control between the coal miner and scraper conveyor,a linkage control system of coal miner and scraper conveyor is constructed on the basis of the concentration of gas on the mining face.Through the theoretical analysis of coal mining machine,scraper conveyor on the coal mining machine gas outflow analysis and build coal mining machine,scraper conveyor and gas linkage control scheme;then based on the gas outflow control as the core construction of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor linkage control scheme,specifically combined with the change of gas concentration to adjust the operation of the coal mining machine and scraper conveyor,and at the same time based on the load of the scraper conveyor to regulate the hauling speed of the coal mining machine.After the application in 3705 comprehensive mining face project,the linkage control system can run smoothly,realise the continuous mining of coal and avoid the gas overlimit in the mining face.
