Structural Analysis of Central Trough of SGZ900/1050 Heavy Scraper Conveyor
In order to further investigate the mechanical properties of the middle trough structure of heavy-duty scraper conveyor,the middle trough structure of SGZ900/1050 heavy-duty scraper conveyor is taken as the object of study,and finite element analysis is carried out on the basis of the establishment of the middle trough structural model,and finite element analysis is carried out for the indicators of the stresses and displacements under the pushing and pulling conditions,and then finite element analysis is further applied to carry out strength checking of the middle trough structure of this heavy-duty scraper conveyor.After that,the finite element analysis method was further applied to check the strength of the central trough of this heavy-duty scraper conveyor.The results show that under most of the operating conditions,the middle trough structure of this heavy-duty scraper conveyor meets the expected requirements in terms of stress and displacement.It is expected that this study can provide some reference for the design and optimisation of the central trough structure of the subsequent scraper conveyor.
