摘要
X射线测厚仪主要应用在镁合金板带连续可逆轧制过程中,可以连续精准测量实时厚度.介绍了 X射线测厚仪的基本工作原理,以及在实际生产过程中的应用,极大提升了板带厚度控制的准确性,提高了生产效率、产品合格率和产品质量.
Abstract
The X-ray thickness gauge is mainly used in the continuous reversible rolling process of magnesium alloy plates and strips,which can achieve continuous and accurate measurement of real-time thickness.This article introduces the basic working principle of X-ray thickness gauge and its application in actual production process,greatly improving the accuracy of plate and strip thickness control,improving production efficiency,product qualification rate,and product quality.
