针对15102运输顺槽掘进期间受X4陷落柱影响,进入陷落柱区后围岩破碎严重,集中表现在顶板破碎冒漏、两帮收敛等,导致巷道成型效果差,掘进效率低以及安全系数低等问题,中岳煤矿通过技术研究,对巷道原支护工艺及存在问题进行分析,并对陷落柱区巷道支护进行合理优化,提出了"自锁式锚杆+桁架锚索+π型钢棚"联合支护技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护措施后,有效控制围岩变形破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效.
Aiming at the 15102 transport tunnels,which are affected by the X4 fallout columns during the tunneling,the surrounding rock is seriously broken after entering the fallout column area,which is concentrated in the top plate broken and leakage,and the two gangs are converged,resulting in the poorly shaped roadway,the low efficiency of tunneling,and the low safety coefficient,etc.,Zhongyue Coal Mine analyses the original support process and the problems of the roadway through the technological research and makes reasonable optimization of the support of the roadway in the fallout column area,proposing the"self-locking anchor+truss anchor+support technique".Through the technical research,Zhongyue Mine analysed the original support process and problems,and reasonably optimized the support of the roadway in the trapped pillar area,and put forward the joint support technology of"self-locking anchor rods,truss anchor ropes,and π-type steel sheds",and through the actual application effect,the deformation and fragmentation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled by the adoption of the joint support measures,and the significant application results have been achieved.
