智能化风门在井下巷道中的应用分析

针对现有矿井通风系统控制模式简单,无法对人、车进行识别,经常出现车辆碰风门的问题,开发一种新型激光感应全自动风门,对该风门的设计方案、控制逻辑等进行了详细的分析.根据在煤矿井下的实际应用表明,新的风门控制系统能够实现对人车的自动识别,将人、车碰撞事故率降低到0%,对保证人车的通行安全性具有十分重要的意义.
Aiming at the simple control mode of the existing mine ventilation system,which is unable to identify people and vehicles,and the problem of vehicles touching the dampers often occurs,a new type of laser-sensing automatic dampers is developed,and the design scheme and control logic of the dampers are analysed in detail.According to the actual application in the coal mine,the new control system can realise the automatic identification of people and vehicles,and reduce the collision rate of people and vehicles to 0%,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
