Taking the EBZ260 roadheader commonly used in underground as the research object,the intelligent improvement of roadheader is carried out on the basis of the analysis of the structure of the roadheader,specifically through the addition of remote monitoring,wireless communication,monitoring platform,control host,etc.to realize the remote monitoring of the roadheader,automatic positioning and cutting and other functions,as well as the analysis of the intelligent transformation technology program and the effect of engineering application.After the intelligent EBZ260 roadheader is applied in 31012 transportation lane,it shows significant advantages in reducing the number of operators on the site of roadheading and improving the efficiency of roadheading.
