摘要

基于对无损检测技术的了解,先对超声波检测技术的应用进行具体分析,再逐一进行设备缺陷的定位、定量和定性讨论后,最后以实际的技术试验进行效果讨论.结果显示,超声波检测技术能帮助矿企更好地了解设备的实际故障,通过设备的高效运转,提高矿采稳定性.

Abstract

Based on the understanding of non-destructive testing technology,the application of ultrasonic testing technology is firstly analysed specifically,and then the positioning,quantitative and qualitative discussion of equipment defects are carried out one by one,and then the effect is finally discussed with the actual technical test.The results show that ultrasonic detection technology can help mining enterprises better understand the actual faults of the equipment,and improve the stability of mining through the efficient operation of the equipment.
