为解决当前单体液压支护体系超前支护所存在的支护效率低、劳动强度大的问题,以305工作面为例在对其现场条件分析的基础上提出了注浆锚索式超前支护,并通过数值模拟仿真分析确定了注浆锚索的最佳布置方案和注浆操作参数,最后基于实际生产验证了锚索注浆超前支护的应用效果.
In order to solve the problems of low support efficiency and high labour intensity that exist in the current monolithic hydraulic support system of overrunning support,the grouting anchor cable type of overrunning support is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the site conditions of the 305-li working face as an example,and the optimal arrangement scheme of the grouting anchors and the parameters of grouting operation are determined through numerical simulation analysis,and the application of grouting anchor cable type of overrunning support is finally verified based on the actual production.Finally,the application of anchor cable grouting over-support is verified based on actual production.
