主要研究了机器人端面自动涂胶检测的关键工艺技术和步骤,包括涂胶系统机械结构、涂胶工艺流程设计及涂胶缺陷的识别流程设计等,还研究了利用智能视觉软件内置函数对检测结果进行校正的方法,实现了对常见的断胶、胶线粗细不均等涂胶缺陷类型的准确识别和定量分析.同时通过多组试验验证了所提方法在端面涂胶检测中的可行性和有效性.
This paper mainly studies the key process technology and steps of robot end face automatic gluing detection,including the mechanical structure of gluing system,gluing process flow design,and gluing defect recognition flow design.This paper also studies the method of using the built-in function of intelligent vision software to correct the detection results,and realizes the accurate identification and quantitative analysis of common gluing defect types such as broken glue and uneven glue line thickness.At the same time,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in end face gluing detection are verified by multiple experiments.
