摘要
为解决刚性支护防冲击性能差的问题,业内提出了吸能防冲击液压支架.对金属薄壁吸能机构进行了研究,分析了金属薄壁吸能构件的设计要点与存在问题,并对金属薄壁圆管吸能构件的结构进行了改进设计和参数优化.
Abstract
To solve the problem of poor impact resistance of rigid support,energy absorbing and impact resistant hydraulic supports have been proposed in the industry.This article conducts research on metal thin-walled energy absorbing mechanisms,analyzes the design points and existing problems of metal thin-walled energy absorbing components,and improves the design and parameter optimization of the structure of metal thin-walled circular tube energy absorbing components.
