摘要

以ZDL2400-14-22型液压支架为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的液压支架立柱缸筒内壁裂纹应力腐蚀分析方法.该方法通过有限元模型的构建,分别从缸筒裂纹深度、裂纹宽度与浓缩液等角度出发,模拟分析裂纹顶端应力腐蚀的变化情况,以此寻找出立柱缸筒内壁裂纹应力腐蚀的主要影响因素,有利于立柱缸筒的优化设计,确认有限元分析法具有一定应用价值.

Abstract

Taking ZDL2400-14-22 hydraulic support as the research object,a method of stress corrosion analysis of cracks in the inner wall of the cylinder barrel of hydraulic support column based on finite element analysis is introduced.Through the construction of finite element model,the method simulates and analyses the change of stress corrosion at the top of crack from the perspective of cylinder cylinder crack depth,crack width and concentrate,etc.In this way,it searches out the main influencing factors of stress corrosion of cracks in the inner wall of the cylinder barrel of the column,which is conducive to the optimal design of the cylinder barrel of the column,and it is confirmed that the finite element analysis method has a certain value of application.
