摘要
通过运行SW6、PV Elite两软件分别计算一压力容器的接管开孔补强来比较两软件计算开孔补强的不同.在相同工况载荷下,通过实例比较,两软件在计算过程中,主要区别为SW6中开孔补强计算是依据于GB/T 150.3.6中计算公式,PV Elite的开孔补强计算则是依据于ASME Ⅷ-1中UG-37中计算公式.通过运行两软件,并结合工程实例,分析GB/T 150与ASME Ⅷ-1中径向接管等面积补强计算的差异,为今后的压力容器设计提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the nozzle opening reinforcement of a pressure vessel is calculated with SW6 and PVElite respectively to compare the difference between the two calculation software.Under the same load case,by comparing living examples,it is shown that the main difference between the two calculation software lies in that SW6 opening reinforcement calculation is based on GB/T150.3.6 formula,while PV Elite opening reinforcement calculation is based on UG-37 formula in ASME Ⅷ-1.With the support of engineering examples,this paper analyzes the difference between GB/150 and ASME Ⅷ-1 in equal area reinforcement calculation of radial nozzle by running the two software,which provides reference for future pressure vessel design.
