不同工况条件下采煤机行走机构齿轨轮啮合仿真研究

介绍两种齿轨轮齿形结构,并采用有限元分析方法,对不同工况条件下两种齿轨轮齿形结构的啮合情况进行仿真分析,进而分别获取不同工况条件下的齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力,由此确认一种最佳的齿轨轮齿形方案,将其应用于工程实践,检验齿轨轮齿形方案的有效性。
Simulation Study on the Meshing of Toothed Track Wheels of Coal Mining Machine Travelling Mechanism under Different Working Conditions
This paper introduces two kinds of toothed-rail wheel tooth structure,and use finite element analysis method to simulate and analyse the meshing of the two kinds of toothed-rail wheel tooth structure under different working conditions,and then obtain the tooth surface contact stress and tooth root bending stress under different working conditions,so as to confirm an optimal toothed-rail wheel tooth scheme,and then apply it to the engineering practice to test the validity of the toothed-rail wheel tooth scheme.
