Design of Feeding Module and Calibration Calculation of Key Parts for Thin Seam Coal Mining Equipment
Aiming at the lack of thin seam mining equipment in the coal industry at present,the design of the overall scheme of thin seam mining equipment is completed,focusing on the structure of the feeding module,and the feeding screw is identified as the key component of the feeding module.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation and analysis software,the strength and stiffness calculation of the feeding spiral was carried out,and the maximum working stress of the feeding spiral structure was 287.33 MPa,which was lower than the permissible stress of the material;the maximum deformation was 0.739 9 mm,which could be ignored compared with the overall size of the structure,and it meets the requirements for use.
