采煤机不同齿形的齿轨轮对比仿真分析

针对采煤机行走机构齿轨轮在实际生产中由于恶劣生产工况所导致的磨损、断裂以及塑性变形等失效形式频繁出现的问题,在对齿轨轮啮合特性分析得出恶劣工况的基础上,基于Pro/E构建销轨-齿轨轮啮合模型,并结合工况完成了载荷和边界条件设置,重点对三种不同工况下国产和进口齿形齿轨轮接触应力和弯曲应力进行对比,得出进口齿形齿轨轮性能优于国产齿形的结论。
Comparative Simulation Analysis of Toothed Track Wheels with Different Tooth Shapes of Coal Mining Machine
Aiming at the frequent occurrence of wear,fracture,plastic deformation and other forms of failure of the toothed rail wheel of the travelling mechanism of the coal mining machine due to the poor production conditions in actual production,on the basis of the analysis of the meshing characteristics of the toothed rail wheel to obtain the poor working conditions,we constructed the pin-rail-toothed-rail wheel mesh model based on Pro/E,and completed the setting of the load and boundary conditions in conjunction with the working conditions,focusing on the comparison of the contact stress and bending stress of the domestically produced and imported toothed-rail wheel in three different working conditions.Focusing on the three different working conditions of domestic and imported toothed rail wheel contact stress and bending stress comparison,concluded that the performance of imported toothed rail wheel is better than domestic toothed.
