为进一步探究超静定液压支架可能的优化路径,以ZC20000/34/68型超静定液压支架为研究对象,在对其进行三维建模的基础上,综合考虑各种不利工况进行强度分析,重点分析其应力分布情况,并根据仿真分析结果对液压支架的初步优化路径进行探讨。在此基础上,进一步分析该型超静定液压支架的疲劳寿命,针对部分疲劳寿命偏低的部件,提出更具针对性的优化措施,以期为后续的优化工作提供参考借鉴。
Strength Analysis of ZC20000/34/68 Superhydrostatic Hydraulic Support under Different Working Conditions in Coal Mine
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the super-static hydraulic support,the ZC20000/34/68 super-static hydraulic support is taken as the research object,and on the basis of three-dimensional modelling,the strength analysis is carried out by comprehensively considering the various unfavorable working conditions,with emphasis on the analysis of its stress distribution,and the preliminary optimization path of the hydraulic support is explored on the basis of the results of the simulation analysis.On this basis,the fatigue life of this type of super-static hydraulic support is further analyzed,and more targeted optimization measures are proposed for some parts with low fatigue life,in order to provide reference for the subsequent optimization work.
