以DSJ100/80/2 × 160圆管带式输送机为研究对象,介绍一种圆管带式输送机弯管段有限元分析方法。该方法以UG软件与ANSYS软件为主要工具。首先,将输送机弯管段相关参数添加到UG软件内,以构建出弯管段三维模型,将三维模型导入到ANSYS软件内,由ANSYS软件划分网格并设置载荷,进而模拟分析了托辊间距、托辊直径、转弯半径、管径对输送带输送性能的影响,确定出输送机弯管段最佳方案,以此为圆管带式输送机弯管段优化设计提供支持。
Finite Element Analysis of Mining Round Tube Belt Conveyor Bend Section
Taking DSJ100/80/2 x 60 round pipe belt conveyor as an example,a finite element analysis method of round pipe belt conveyor bend section is introduced.The method takes UG software and ANSYS software as the main tools.First of all,the parameters related to the conveyor bend section are added to the UG software to construct a three-dimensional model of the bend section,and the three-dimensional model is imported into the ANSYS software,which divides the mesh and sets the load,and then simulates and analyzes the influence of the roller spacing,roller diameter,turning radius,and pipe diameter on the conveyor belt conveying performance,and determines the optimal scheme of the bend section of the conveyor to provide support for the optimal design of the round-pipe belt conveyor.The optimal design of the curved section of the conveyor is determined to provide support for the optimal design of the round pipe belt conveyor.
