某微型离心压气机应用及流场模拟

通过某分布式压缩、旋流冲压发动机工作原理,对压气机以及匹配的部件进行设计及两级离心压气机进行流场模拟,并对尾喷管部分进行设计及流场模拟。三维造型的设计及分析过程为:根据已知的离心压气机流量,在此基础上设计了两级离心压气机,和相连接的尾喷管,根据有限元软件,分析其速度及压力流场。通过对压气机级数为一级、两级、三级的压气机进行流场分析,分析使气体达到超音速的条件。
Application and Flow Field Simulation of a Miniature Centrifugal Compressor
Through the working principle of a distributed compression and cyclone ram engine,the design of the compressor and matching parts and the flow field simulation of two-stage centrifugal compressor are carried out,and the design and flow field simulation of the tail nozzle part are also carried out.The design and analysis process of 3D modelling is as follows:based on the known flow rate of the centrifugal compressor,the two-stage centrifugal compressor and the connected tail nozzle are designed,and the velocity and pressure flow field are analysed according to the finite element software.The flow field is analysed by the flow field analysis of the pressurizer with one,two and three stages to analyse the conditions to make the gas reach supersonic speed.
