Research on the Operation Performance of Coal Mine Ventilation Fan
The relationship between the operating performance of the pipeline and the operating performance of the ventilator under normal and abnormal conditions was systematically studied, and the relevant relationship curve diagrams were drawn to reveal the principles of the formation of stalling and wheezing of the ventilator in the process of operation;and a three-dimensional numerical model was established to simulate the intrinsic mechanism of the formation of the noise of the mine ventilator based on the CFD software of the hydrodynamic software. The results show that during normal operation of the ventilator, the decibel value at the outermost position of the ventilator is smaller than that at the middle position of the ventilator, but the difference is not big, with the mean values of 130db and 132db,respectively,and the decibel value at the hub position of the ventilator is lower, with the mean value of 115db,which can provide theoretical guidance for the maintenance of the ventilator of the coal mine and safeguard the continuous flow of the air in the mine.
