煤矿综掘巷道液压组合支架动力学特性研究

为了提升煤矿井下作业安全性,以EBZ250型液压支架为研究对象,介绍一种煤矿综掘巷道液压组合支架动力学特性分析方法。首先,以液压支架规格尺寸、材料特性等参数为依据,构建出液压支架有限元模型,然后以此为基础,模拟分析了不同工况条件下支架瞬态动力学特性,以寻找出液压组合支架中存在的缺陷,为液压组合支架的优化设计提供支持,提升煤矿井下作业的安全性。
Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Combined Support for Comprehensive Excavation Roadway in Coal Mine
In order to improve the safety of underground operations in coal mines,a method of analysing the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic combined support for comprehensive roadway excavation in coal mines is introduced with ZBE250 hydraulic support as the research object.Firstly,based on the specification size and material properties of the hydraulic support,a finite element model of the hydraulic support is constructed,and then based on this,the transient dynamic characteristics of the support are simulated and analysed under different working conditions,so as to find out the defects of the hydraulic combination support,provide support for the optimal design of the hydraulic combination support,and improve the safety of the underground operation of coal mines.
