摘要
针对机泵设备在油田生产过程中存在能耗高、体重大、不易移动、结构复杂、零部件及辅助设备多、维修耗时耗力等问题,结合现场实际情况,提出智能运维监测报警诊断系统架构,对在线监测报警及故障诊断模式进行分析,为后期提高安全系数,降低故障率,科学合理评估设备健康状况,实现状态检修与预知维护奠定了坚实基础.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,heavy weight,not easy to move,complicated structure,many parts and auxiliary equipments,and time-consuming and labour-intensive maintenance of machine and pump equipments in oilfield production process,combined with the actual situation on the spot,we put forward the architecture of intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring,alarm and diagnosis system,and analyse the on-line monitoring,alarm and diagnosis mode of faults,which can lay a solid foundation for the improvement of safety factor,reduction of fault rate,scientific and reasonable assessment of equipment health and realisation of condition maintenance and predictive maintenance in the later stage.It lays a solid foundation for the later improvement of safety,reduction of failure rate,scientific and reasonable assessment of equipment health condition,and realisation of condition overhaul and predictive maintenance.
