摘要
为了打扫头发纸屑更加的方便,研发了自动化静电扫帚.通过利用自动化静电吸附装置,更好地吸附头发纸屑.扫帚底部与扫帚手柄最低部之间通过旋转装置连接,旋转装置上设有转盘齿轮,扫帚手柄有开关,主控吸附,推送加收集,通过一对齿轮啮合直接驱动转盘齿轮慢速旋转,在交流输入回路中,串接有电控盒,电控盒内设有变压整流及定时,功放电路、能自动产生启/停信号.利用自动化防静电推送装置,它主要由毛发脱离单元和推送单元等两部分组成,后附挤压递进装置,切割装置.
Abstract
In order to clean the hair confetti more conveniently,the automated electrostatic broom was developed.By using the automated electrostatic adsorption device,the hair confetti is better adsorbed.The bottom of the broom and the lowest part of the broom handle are connected through a rotary device,the rotary device is equipped with a turntable gear,the broom handle has a switch,the main control of adsorption,push plus collection,through a pair of gear mesh directly drive the turntable gear slow rotation,in the AC input circuit,there is a series of electric control box,the electric control box is equipped with a transformer rectifier and timing,amplifier circuits,and can automatically generate a start/stop signal.The use of automated anti-static push device,which is mainly composed of hair detachment unit and push unit and other two parts.Attached to the extrusion progressive device,cutting device.
