Research on Lifting Assist Device for Intelligent Toilet
A smart toilet lifting assistive device is designed for the elderly who may have difficulty getting up or even fall down due to sitting for a long time when using the toilet.SolidWorks was used to model the device in three dimensions, analyse the working mechanism of the device and carry out finite element analysis on the strength of key components. The finite element analysis shows that the maximum stress of the lifting connecting rod is 64.231 7 MPa,which is much smaller than the yield stress of HT200 because the yield stress of HT200 is in the range of 100~300 MPa,and meets the requirements. The design of this device solves the problem of toileting for the elderly, proposes an effective solution for the design of such devices, and increases the smoothness of the device during lifting and lowering, compared with similar products on the market, the device has significant advantages in improving the smoothness of lifting and the comfort of the user.
