Design and Improvement of Waste Edge Breaking Mechanism for Large-size Liquid Crystal Screen
Aiming at the problems of terminal damage and waste edge residue caused by the existing Dummy removal mechanism when removing the waste edge of LCD glass,a large-size LCD glass waste edge breaking mechanism is designed.Firstly,the cutting process of liquid crystal glass is analysed,the breaking requirement of liquid crystal glass waste edge is clarified,and a breaking mechanism to meet the demand is designed.Then,the working principle and function of the breaking mechanism are described,and the mechanism is optimised for the problem of the dense arrangement of the clamping jaws when breaking different sizes of glass waste edges.The results show that the optimised breaking mechanism can not only effectively remove the waste edge and ensure the product quality,but also apply to different sizes of panels and improve the production efficiency.
