Crane Mechanical Structure Design Technology Combining Solidworks and Mechanical Simulation
As an important material handling equipment,cranes play a key role in many fields.The study proposes a design technique combining Solidworks and mechanics simulation for the design problem of crane mechanical structure in a high-rise building site.In the process,the mechanical structure of the high-rise cantilever crane is divided into modules,and after assembly modelling,the mechanical simulation analysis is carried out by ADAMS mechanical simulation software and ANSYS software,and the structural design optimization is guided by the analysis results.The experimental results show that the research method can effectively extract the detailed parameters of the crane screw at the point where the maximum stress reaches more than 3.0N/mm2.It shows that the research method can effectively carry out crane mechanical structure design,and has good design efficiency and accuracy.
