Design and Application of Strip Cigarette Removal Device for the Second Lifter of YB95 Packaging Machine
During the emptying operation of strip box transparent paper packaging machine,three cigarette strips will be left in the second lifting channel which can not be pushed out automatically and need to be taken out manually.The actual production process of the packaging machine second lifting channel without a suitable removal device,can only be taken out manually using tweezers,the two sides of the heat sealing iron,manual removal of cigarettes have the risk of scalding,but also very easy to cause damage to the strip of cigarettes.For this reason,a cigarette taking out device is designed to take out the cigarettes in the second lifting channel,solving the problem of excessive heating of cigarettes in the second lifting channel for a long time to ensure the quality of the product,and at the same time reduce the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials due to the burnt transparent paper of cigarettes and reduce the production cost.The whole set of design solutions is scientific,reasonable,reliable and economical,and has certain guiding significance to the actual production and maintenance process.
