液驱重载电梯节能系统设计及能量消耗分析

为了进一步提高重载电梯节能效果,设计了一种基于蓄能器储能的液驱重载电梯节能系统,确保蓄能和电机负荷之间保持较好的匹配状态.当储能器在工作过程中所能提供的电能高于电机所需电能时,可设置一个电容器来吸纳过剩电能,减少电能损耗.研究结果表明:电梯运行时形成了负电能转换特征,为电梯提供驱动力.电机工作后将会形成一个较弱充电状态,电容开始释放电能,实现整个系统节能运行.下行期间能量损失随负荷增大而下降,表明本设计对负荷具有非常强的适应性.该研究有助于节省电梯的经济消耗,对工业效率具有很好的意义.
Design and Analysis of Energy Saving System of Hydraulic Drive Hoist Based on Accumulator Energy Storage
In order to further improve the energy-saving effect of heavy-duty elevators,an energy-saving system of hydraulic drive heavy-duty elevators based on accumulator energy storage was designed to ensure a good match between energy storage and motor load.When the energy storage can provide more electric energy than the electric energy required by the motor during the working process,a capacitor can be set to absorb excess electric energy and reduce power loss.The results show that the negative electric energy conversion characteristic is formed when the elevator is running,which provides the driving force for the elevator.After the motor works,it will form a weak charging state,and the capacitor will begin to release electric energy to realize the energy-saving operation of the entire system.The energy loss decreases with the increase of load during downgoing,which indicates that the design has strong adaptability to load.This research helps to save the economic consumption of elevators and has a good significance for industrial efficiency.
