煤矿带式输送机纠偏机构的设计及应用研究

对纠偏机构的机械结构部分进行了详细设计,其原理主要是改变纠偏滚筒角度,调整其与皮带之间的摩擦力方向,利用摩擦力将皮带调整到正确位置上。利用ADAMS软件对纠偏机构的运动过程进行仿真,发现不同纠偏角度对应的最大纠偏位量及纠偏速度均存在差异,需合理设置。将纠偏机构应用到DTL140型带式输送机中,通过实践应用发现达到了预期效果,经济效益和安全效益显著。
Design and Application of Deviation Correction Mechanism of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor
The mechanical structure part of the deflection correction mechanism is designed in detail,and its principle is mainly to change the angle of the deflection correction pulley,adjust the direction of friction between it and the belt,and use the friction to adjust the belt to the correct position.The motion process of the guiding mechanism is simulated by using ADAMS software,and it is found that the maximum guiding displacement and the guiding speed corresponding to different guiding angles are different,which need to be set reasonably.The guiding mechanism is applied to the DTL140 belt conveyor,and the expected effect is achieved through practical application,with significant economic and safety benefits.
