摘要
在设备引入运行的早期,正常生产中的烟支存在水松纸翘边、烟支漏气等问题.针对该问题,在对水松纸回收通道入口改造后,所生产的烟支中,水松纸翘边烟、烟支口气等问题烟支数量大幅降低.实验证明,对设备进行改造后,烟支漏气率从0.56％下降至0.027％,烟支翘边率从0.08％下降至0.011％,显著提高了烟支的产品质量.
Abstract
At the early stage of equipment introduction and operation,there were problems such as warped edges of water loose paper and air leakage of cigarettes in normal production.In response to this problem,after the modification of the entrance to the recycling channel of the cork paper,the number of produced cigarettes with problems such as cork paper warping smoke and cigarette breath was greatly reduced.The experiment proved that after the modification of the equipment,the air leakage rate of the cigarette decreased from 0.56％to 0.027％,and the cigarette warping rate decreased from 0.08％to 0.011％,which significantly improved the product quality of the cigarettes.
