Optimised Design Analysis of Non-Standard Equipment Gantryless Lining Trolley
In order to improve the safety of tunnel construction,a non-standard equipment gantryless lining trolley optimisation design method is introduced by taking the new gantryless lining trolley as an example.First of all,the basic situation of the gantryless lining trolley is briefly introduced,and based on this,the finite element model of the lining trolley is constructed by using ANSYS software,and the force of each module of the lining trolley is simulated and analysed from the point of view of different working conditions.Finally,according to the results of force analysis,the corresponding optimisation scheme is proposed,and whether the optimisation results meet the requirements is verified through practical application.From the results of practical verification,it can be seen that the optimised lining trolley has higher strength and stiffness compared with that before optimisation,which is conducive to prolonging the operational stability and service life of the lining trolley,and the optimisation method can be promoted on a large scale.
