On the Finite Element Analysis of the Screen Box of Type 1431 Mining Vibrating Screen
Based on the finite element analysis theory,a kind of vibrating screen box structure optimisation design is introduced with the 1431 vibrating screen box as the research object.Specific design using finite element simulation analysis method on the vibrating screen box simulation analysis,according to the results of the analysis to confirm the screen box structural stress weak points,and then introduce targeted structural optimisation design.After applying the optimised design of vibrating screen box structure to engineering practice,it is confirmed that this scheme has strong feasibility and application value.
