船用排烟管的现校管设置方案的设计研究

摘要
在建大型船舶管舾装施工过程中,由于船体误差、安装累积误差和排烟管制造误差等因素,需设置现校管.现校管设置合理与否,决定了船舶建造的施工质量和进度.为加快推进现代数字化造船模式,提前规范和研究现校管的设置方案,为后期排烟管的数字化建模提供先行依据,节约造船成本,方便施工.
Abstract
During the construction of pipe outfitting for large ships under construction,it is necessary to set up the present calibration pipe due to factors such as hull error,cumulative installation error,and manufacturing error of the exhaust pipe.Whether the present calibration pipe is set up reasonably or not determines the construction quality and progress of the ship construction.In order to accelerate the modem digital shipbuilding mode,it is necessary to regulate and study the setting scheme of the existing calibration pipe in advance,which can provide the basis for the digital modelling of the smoke pipe in the later stage,save the cost of shipbuilding and facilitate the construction.
