Modification of Cassette Loading on YJ36 Medium-Branch Filter Rod Loading Machine
In order to completely solve the problems of abnormal material consumption in the production process of medium-count filter rods,overflow of filter rods when cartoning in the cartoning machine,and the need to manually hold out the excess filter rods,which leads to the heavy workload of the operators and is easy to cause bending and creasing of the filter rods,etc.,we have analyzed,calculated,and reformed the cartoning machine for medium-count filter rods of YJ36 type,plastic plate,inner box,white cover,and cardboard box,and followed up and validated the effect of the reformed cartoning,based on the current equipments and technologies.Follow-up verification is carried out.The results show that:through the transformation of YJ36 middle branch filter rod loading machine,plastic tray,inner box,white cover and carton,the quantity and quality of middle branch filter rod loading can fully meet the production requirements of the workshop,which completely solves the problems of abnormal material consumption in the production process of middle branch filter rods and the problem of overflowing of filter rods in the process of loading cartons,and at the same time reduces the workload,effectively avoids the appearance quality problems such as wrinkles,bending and so on,which are caused by manually holding the filter rods.It also reduces the workload and effectively avoids the appearance quality problems such as wrinkles and bending of filter rods caused by manual holding.
