Finite Element Analysis of Key Components of Mining Centrifugal Fans
The key components of mining centrifugal fan have complex force characteristics and impeller failure often occurs,which affects the safe mining operations in mines.G4-73No.8D centrifugal fan as an analytical object,the study of centrifugal ventilator structure composition and working principle,using numerical simulation analysis method to build a centrifugal fan physical model,and in Fluent fluid software for centrifugal fan impeller finite element simulation,the results show that the fan in different cross-section of the dynamic pressure is to present a trend of gradual increase in the direction of the airflow along the fan flow field tends to be Complexity,when the flow rate of the fan is lower when the pressure is smaller,and the aircraft is easy to enter the unstable work area.In the software set to increase the outer diameter of the impeller and outlet width,the impeller optimization simulation,optimized fan impeller in the full flow under the role of the full pressure and efficiency are significantly improved,the full pressure increased by an average of 3.8%,the efficiency increased by 1.7%,a satisfactory optimization effect,the conclusions of the study for the later to improve the performance of the fan to lay the foundation for the study and reference.
