Performance Analysis of Braking Structure of Mining WC25EJ Stent Carrier
In order to further explore more details of the performance of the braking structure of the mining stent carrier,the WC25EJ mining stent carrier is taken as the research object,and on the basis of its three-dimensional modelling,the four indexes of stress,strain,displacement and life span of the braking structure are comprehensively analysed,so as to determine the overall mechanical performance of the braking structure of the stent carrier,as well as the places that need to be optimised,and then the multi-objective genetic algorithm is applied to carry out preliminary optimisation.The multi-objective genetic algorithm was applied to carry out preliminary optimisation.The results show that the optimised brake structure has improved the mechanical properties,especially the operating life,which proves that this study can provide an effective reference for the subsequent field experiments.
