摘要

针对MG500/1180型采煤机连接架应力集中现象,利用ANSYS Workbench仿真分析软件对采煤机连接架进行了强度分析,结果表明,连接架煤壁侧耳座位置存在应力集中.之后对连接架煤壁侧肋板厚度和采空侧肋板厚度尺寸进行优化设计,结果表明,连接架应力集中情况得到了改善,应用结果表明,优化之后的连接架工作可靠,优化后连接架煤壁侧销轴与连接架位置的累计磨损量,相较于同时期连接架优化之前小,优化效果显著.

Abstract

Aiming at the phenomenon of stress concentration in the connecting frame of MG500/1180 coal mining machine,the strength analysis of the connecting frame of the coal mining machine was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench simulation and analysis software,and the results show that there is stress concentration in the position of the lugs on the coal wall side of the connecting frame.After that,the thickness of the rib plate on the coal wall side of the connecting frame and the thickness size of the rib plate on the mining side were optimized and designed,and the results showed that the stress concentration of the connecting frame was improved,and the application results showed that the connecting frame worked reliably after optimization,and the cumulative wear of the pin on the coal wall side of the connecting frame and the position of the connecting frame after optimization was small compared with that before optimization of the connecting frame in the same period,and the optimization effect was remarkable.
